Southern Traverse

The Southern Traverse is a world recognised adventure race, developed in New Zealand in 1989. The Southern Traverse was run from the edge of the Canterbury plains and finished at Lake Tekapo, in the heart of the Mackenzie country.

We were commissioned by Discovery to create graphics to show team positions on the course and to show the extreme effects of adventure racing on the body, from sleep deprivation to hypothermia.
