ARL was asked to visualise plans for a 28 storey hotel on the Dunedin waterfront in 3D, on behalf of development company Betterways Advisory Ltd. A team of international architects, including New Zealand firm Moller Architects, had been briefed to design a tall, elegant building with high-quality aesthetics. The slideshow above shows frames from the resulting animation, which played to a business audience at the Forsyth Barr Stadium on Friday, May 11.
