Squirt first aired on TV3 in 1996, then continued on TV2 (TVNZ) until it's final season in 2006. Still the only New Zealand TV show to feature a motion captured co-host (Spike the Penguin), Squirt's cartoon-friendly format and irreverent humor helped the Saturday morning show remain a Kiwi favorite throughout it's decade long run.
